       The Mahawalkathon is a collective effort by multiple organizers
       Walkathon are organized by local organizers ( Individual Society, Institute, Trust, corporate etc. )The local walkathon is the sole responsibility of the local organizer. Necessary legal and other permission and precision and are to be taken and are the responsibility of the local organizer and not of the mahawalkathon organizers.
         Incase of Arbitration: Arbitrators to be selected by organizers of mahawalkathon jurisdiction applicable: Mumbai, India.
